Second Christmas Dinner
So ever since I can remember my family (the Allreds) have had Spaghetti and Meat Balls for Christmas Dinner (notice the respect that it received, capitalized). My parents wanted to start a tradition and asked the kids what they wanted for Christmas Dinner. Of course our first response was McDonalds. That was not possible, because we lived in Dubois WY where there is no McDonalds, nor was it wanted by the parents. The next suggestion, by my brother, was spaghetti and meat balls. Of course if my brother wanted it, so did I. The vote passed two to one. It has been a tradition ever since. I have many fond memories of eating Spaghetti and Meat Balls every Christmas Eve ever since. My family came to Salt Lake for the new year celebration and my dad brought some meat balls that were pre-made so that the tradition could continue. As you can see by Gabe's face, he loved them. He ate several, it was pretty funny.

Christmas
For Christmas Gabe got a Tigger Airplane toy from Santa. He also got a funny track suit from his mom. He looks like a little old man in it. He loved the toy a lot. He would sit on it and shake to the music. It was a lot of fun.

This is Gabe and Abbie (his cousin) at our house for our second round of Christmas.
This is Gabe and Dad at the Ward Christmas Party. How about that classy onesie with a built in tie.

Random Pictures
Here are some pictures of Gabe in no particular order. I was told by someone that I haven't posted anything in forever. Jana is always sending me picture messages of what her and Gabe are doing, so here are a few of them.

Girl's Camp
Okay so this is my second attempt at writing this blog - this is hard to get the pictures where Iwant them!! Tom is our blogger but has been busy and we've gotten requests for an update so I'm giving this a try.
Gabe and I went to Girl's Camp this year - he came last year - but inside instead of out which BTW is alot less stressful. Girl's Camp was the third week of June which meant with this year's crazy weather - a cold and rainy time. We tried to stay warm any way we could.
It was really muddy - check out my shoes and the wheels on the stroller (I don't know how to rotate . . . sorry.
Here's the cute man enduring the cold weather!
Gabe's thought "Mom, why do you make me do such things?"
Here is the all of the gang. We survived! Everyone was such good sports and we had a great time.
