Catching up on some pictures.
Here are some pictures of Gabe. I think the order is backwards. They uploaded in the opposite order I selected them.

Oops
It has been a while since I have posted anything. Gabe has grown up so much since his birthday. He now whispers the word hot, and has no clue what it means. He can also say mom and dad, but gets them confused a lot. He loves to pull himself up on anything and walk along side it. He still has lots of blond hair.
Other than an infection under his fingernail from cutting it too short, losing his nail because of it, and lots of antibiotics including shots and oral; life has been pretty normal. I need to post some pics.

Gabe's First Birthday
So Gabe turned 1 on the 12th. We celebrated once with just the three of us and once with extended family. It was Jana's birthday on the 14th, and Gabe's Uncle Jeremy's on the 13th, so we did a group celebration. It was a lot of fun.

This is Gabe before his bath, notice the frosting and cake on the back of his neck.
This is Gabe eating a cup cake on his group celebration day.

Singing Happy Birthday to Gabe. I love the little dance he does. That is his new ball popper toy in the back ground and he is wearing his new clothes from Grandma Allred.
This is Gabe working it with his new toy.

Second Christmas Dinner
So ever since I can remember my family (the Allreds) have had Spaghetti and Meat Balls for Christmas Dinner (notice the respect that it received, capitalized). My parents wanted to start a tradition and asked the kids what they wanted for Christmas Dinner. Of course our first response was McDonalds. That was not possible, because we lived in Dubois WY where there is no McDonalds, nor was it wanted by the parents. The next suggestion, by my brother, was spaghetti and meat balls. Of course if my brother wanted it, so did I. The vote passed two to one. It has been a tradition ever since. I have many fond memories of eating Spaghetti and Meat Balls every Christmas Eve ever since. My family came to Salt Lake for the new year celebration and my dad brought some meat balls that were pre-made so that the tradition could continue. As you can see by Gabe's face, he loved them. He ate several, it was pretty funny.
